Digital Agency Coordinator | $45– $55k
Responsibility:
Assists in the managing of client business on a daily basis
Reporting Line:
Media Planner/Buyer and/or Media Manager/Group Head
Key Interfaces:
Group Head/Media Director, Planning and Buying teams, Media suppliers
Main Tasks:
- Assisting the buying and planning teams to prepare presentations, confirm media bookings, send material instructions
- Assisting in the collection of all media information to provide full implementation services
- Collecting data for post analysis and competitive reports
- Processing and data entry loading media bookings
- Loading research disks/data
- Media monitoring, proof of performance and post analysis
- Sourcing media rates
- Checking and matching media confirmations and pre-telecast times
- Collecting and distributing tear sheets
- Monitoring spots against bookings
- Assistant with budget reconciliation, checks invoices, supports account query process
- Updating work in progress reports
